Late-night retreat talks. Pizza math for forty teenagers. The van ride where someone finally asks the question they've been thinking about all year. If that sounds like your life, this shirt is for you.

Youth ministry is a lot of work, and it's worth every minute. Saint Paul told the young Timothy, "Let no one have contempt for your youth, but set an example for those who believe" (1 Timothy 4:12). The teens in your youth group are part of the Body of Christ right now, with gifts the Holy Spirit has already given them. You get a front-row seat to watch them discover those gifts.

Give it to your youth minister, your core team volunteers, or the whole crew for your next retreat.
