The first Christians “devoted themselves to the teaching of the apostles and to the communal life, to the breaking of the bread and to the prayers” (Acts 2:42). Two thousand years later, your parish still does the same four things every week.
That’s the Church you belong to: the same faith, the same Eucharist, the same Holy Spirit giving gifts to every member so the whole Body can grow. Each of those gifts has a place in your parish today.
Bring it to Bible study, the parish fish fry, or the Sunday donut table. It makes a fun gift for a new Catholic, an OCIA sponsor, a Church history fan, or anyone proud to be part of the family.
